The Operating Layer of TNOS
Trust Circle Programs
The next-generation evolution of loyalty, membership, engagement, community, and recognition programs.
Trust Circle Programs (TCP) are continuous value creation systems that use Digital Entitlements (DE) to recognize, reward, verify, and support participants throughout their journey. Campaign portfolios drive participation; participation compounds into trust growth.
Traditional loyalty rewards purchases. Trust Circle Programs recognize the full relationship.
How It Works
The TCP Operation Workflow
The complete participant journey — how every Digital Entitlement interacts with every other Digital Entitlement inside a Trust Circle Program.
Identity & Membership
Every participant receives an Identity-DE (permanent). The Identity-DE creates a Membership-DE — evolvable, with tier attached.
Artifact & Provenance
Every artifact receives an Identity-DE, anchoring a Provenance-DE — associated with Product-DE and IP-DE.
Commercial Participation
Monetary actions generate Credential-DE — at the ratio defined by the Organizer.
Effort-Based Participation
Effort-based actions generate Recognition-DE — at the ratio defined by the Organizer.
Trust Signals & Progression
Credential-DE + Recognition-DE generate Trust Signals. Trust Signals drive Membership progression.
Tier & Benefits
Membership-DE tier is determined by SKU. Each tier unlocks a set of Benefit-DEs — one per offer.
The building blocks: the 11 DE Framework on the Trust Infrastructure page.
Why Trust Circle Programs Matter
Trust Circle Programs create a flywheel of continuous value — where every interaction deepens the Trusted Relationship.
Trust Accumulation
Every interaction adds to the trust level. Each TCP executed deepens the relationship.
Community Growth
Participants become members, then patrons. Community compounds with every new join.
Loyalty
Participants return for more value. Not because of points — because of trust.
Belonging
Participants feel part of a community. Verified credentials and shared impact create bonds.
The Journey
Relationship Lifecycle
Trust Circle Programs follow a natural relationship progression. Each stage deepens trust and strengthens the connection between organization and participant.

DEs create potential. Campaigns create participation.
Digital Entitlements are powerful trust assets, but they are passive. Campaigns activate Digital Entitlements and transform infrastructure into participation. Participation is the engine of trust creation.

From Campaigns to Trust Signals
Every campaign framework maps to the Trust Signals it generates. Participation is what participants feel. Trust Signals are what the network knows.
Example portfolios: Alumni Circle™ (Member Circle), Fan Circle™ (Participation & Recognition), Heritage Circle™ (Impact & Stewardship), Collector Circle™ (Trust & Verification) — organizer-owned branded Circles built on iSHANG's parent Circle infrastructure.
Programs endure. Campaigns evolve.
The Trust Circle Program is the ongoing relationship framework. Individual campaigns create moments of engagement. Over time, the portfolio generates recurring participation, Trust Signals, and deeper Trusted Relationships.
Circle Hierarchy
Five Levels, One Trust Network
Trust Circles are organized in a five-level hierarchy — from the iSHANG-owned parent infrastructure down to the individual Trust Signals each interaction emits.
Parent — iSHANG Trust Circle Category
iSHANG-owned — one of the 15 parent Circles below. Example: Heritage Circle.
Sub-Category — Organizer Branded Circle
Organizer-owned and branded — unlimited, one per organizer. Example: MasterPine Heritage Circle.
Campaigns — Organizer Branded Campaigns
Multiple per Branded Circle, drawn from the nine Campaign Frameworks. Example: Global Heritage Enrollment.
DEs — Customized DEs
Multiple per campaign — the 11 canonical Digital Entitlements, configured by the organizer. Example: Heritage Passport (Membership-DE).
Signals — Customized Trust Signals
Measured across the program. Example: Identity, Verification, and more.
Programs are owned by the Organization. L1 is iSHANG-owned canonical infrastructure; L2–L5 are designed and owned by the Organization — never built from scratch, always configured within canonical infrastructure. The Organization owns its program, its participants, and the Trust Network it grows.
The 15 iSHANG-Owned Parent Circles
iSHANG owns 15 canonical parent Circles. Every organizer's branded Circle — whatever its name — is an instance of one of these parents. A 16th Category, Industrial & Resources, is proposed.

Proposed 16th Category — under Category Review
The first 15 Circles are frozen. They will not expand. Industrial & Resources is proposed as the 16th Category. Any further need is addressed through the branded Circle layer — not by adding parent Circles.
