About HOPE-nft
Despite the hype of NFT, one aspect of NFT that remains relatively unexplored is the utilization of NFTs for social good. In fact, NFT are a powerful decentralized tool to raise money and facilitate collective giving, not only for charitable causes but also for socio-entrepreneurial activities, in particular those involving circular economy concepts. NFTs can conceptualize and implement SDGs and environmental projects by making good use of digital assets to upcycle its format for humanitarian initiatives with blockchain for transparency.
In 2023, Dr. Yeung and Mr. Lee collaborated to launch HopeNFT, a program dedicated to encouraging and developing projects that implement SDGs and social good, by enhancing and empowering their fundraising abilities and enabling them to expand their communities through eco-friendly (low emission ) NFTs and leveraging on the latest Web3 technologies.
All these efforts have a common goal of facilitating and inspiring “HOPE” for the future !!
GOALS OF HOPE-NFT
At its heart the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development are the 17 SDGs. They recognize that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.

MISSION OF HOPE-NFT
HopeNFT empowers SGP (“social good projects”) to innovate and transform themselves by leveraging Web3 technologies to boost their donor engagement and visibility, and to achieve this through education, operation training and providing one-stop technology solutions to SGP.
OBJECTIVES OF HOPE-NFT
FUNDRASING
To provide an alternate and cost-efficient way for SDG Acceleration / ESG projects for social good to use Web3 to conduct fundraising campaign and receive donations via traditional fiat currency.
SUPPORTERS
To provide a convenient and reliable way for donors to participate and make donations through traditional online credit card payment or cryptocurrencies.
COMMUNITY
To provide a convenient and environmentally friendly way for artists, content creators and IP owners to participate and support SGPs (social good projects) without any technology hurdles.
SHARE & PROMOTE
To provide a convenient and well-connected way for local/ global ambassadors to participate and contribute their social influence to promote projects on HopeNFT platform.
