iSHANG currently offers cross-blockchain compatibility for Ethereum and Polygon.

iSHANG limits the barrier to entry to a traditional Web3 marketplace by allowing members to purchase NFTs either with a credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or crypto wallet. Each user will have a unique wallet address.

A digital wallet is a piece of software that is used to transact with NFTs or other tokens. Each wallet has a unique wallet ID (referred to as a public key). The blockchain records ownership of an NFT by associating its unique token ID with a unique wallet ID and storing that record on the blockchain. To buy or sell an NFT, the wallet owner must authorize the transaction via the wallet. iSHANG creates a unique custodial wallet for each user.

iSHANG supports Metamask and Trustwallet. If you do not have a crypto-wallet, iSHANG will automatically create a custodial wallet for you.

Select an NFT from the marketplace and click "Buy now". You will be asked to pay with either crypto or a credit card. After you have completed the purchase, the minted NFT can be found under "My Profile".

There are 2 ways to create your NFT. You can create your own NFT with a JPEG and have it listed for sale at the marketplace. Alternatively, you can import your NFT owned in your wallet and have it on sale in the marketplace.

To place a bid on an NFT, click on "Place a Bid". Enter your bid amount to make an offer. If you do not have enough Ethereum, you will be required to add funds in order to make a bid. If the owner accepts your bid, your offer amount will be deducted from your wallet. If the owner rejects your offer, the bidding amount will be refunded back into your wallet.

You can find your NFT collection by first clicking on your username icon in the top right corner, then clicking on "My Profile".

"Promote to earn" is a decentralized affiliate program that allows everyone to earn a certain amount of percentage from selling an NFT. You do not need to purchase the NFT to join the affiliate program.

NFT campaigns are specific applications that can be created by verified businesses, such as NFT Drops, Voting, Live Minting and Exhibition. Through these NFT campaigns, brands and enterprises can enter the world of Web3, unlocking new forms of brand engagement, customer acquisition and retention.

A drop is a scheduled release of a NFT.

iSHANG's platform features a Web3 voting system, where one NFT equals one vote/response, and the NFT cannot be resold. The iSHANG system automatically collects, processes, stores, and displays responses in real-time. The responses can be monitored by anyone at any time, and all results can be audited and verified to ensure correct calculation.

Brands can run an NFT live minting event on iSHANG to support hybrid Web3 marketing campaigns in both the virtual world and physical venue.

Gas fees are transaction fees paid to network validators for their services to the blockchain. The gas fee enables your transaction to be processed & stored on the blockchain. The gas fees can vary depending on supply and demand on the network. iSHANG does not set or control the gas fees, and iSHANG does not profit from the fee.

If you do not have a crypto wallet, you can use your credit card to directly purchase ETH from the centralized exchange. If you are using a MetaMask wallet, you are required to purchase ETH from exchange platforms.

You can create an NFT for sale or import a pre-minted NFT. Click on “Create NFT” on the top right hand corner and select an option.

Yes, all NFT listings on iSHANG require a gas fee. The gas fees can vary depending on supply and demand on the network. iSHANG does not set or control the gas fees, and iSHANG does not profit from the fee.

No, there is no minimum offer price. You can set the NFT as low as "for free".
