Setting up a TCP is a guided application: you define your Category, member experience, and Digital Entitlements in the wizard, and our team reviews every application before launch, with the decision delivered by email. Once approved, you manage the program self-serve from your Hub dashboard.

No. The Hub is fully self-serve — the creation wizard guides you through configuration with no code required. Trust Signals, progression, and Relationship Capital are measured automatically by the platform; they are never configured by the organizer.

How long does it take to launch a TCP?

Far less than a typical platform implementation. TNOS activates in phases: a first launch runs on a single score and a single campaign — typically one to two days of design effort on your side. Event tracking and richer scoring switch on in later phases, when you choose. You grow into the full system; you never have to build it all on day one.

Partially. Your Service Layer — your portal, your content, your member experience — is fully yours and client-branded. The Trust Layer at hub.ishang.com, where members hold their Digital Entitlements and Trust Scores, is iSHANG-branded and never white-labelled.
